Steeping a Tisane

Just like white tea, it is important to never use boiling water over a tisane.  Boiling water can ruin the delicate flavor of white tea. The ideal water temperature for your fruit infusion is between 170 – 185 degrees Fahrenheit. For best results, bring the water to a rolling boil and let it sit for up to one minute, then pour the water over the leaves.
